Thermactif®, the unique ultra-reactive underfloor heating and cooling solution, is evolving into a 2nd generation

Pioneers on the market, Thermacome and Anhydritec designed Thermactif®, the first complete ultra-reactive underfloor heating/cooling system, in 2014. Responding to RT 2012 and societal needs, this first generation has brought forward many advantages, such as the THERMIO®+ screed with guaranteed high thermal performance, efficient and certified regulation and a 1-year warranty unique on the market. After more than 20 m² completed, particularly in non-residential buildings, Thermactif® is evolving towards a second generation to meet new thermal and environmental requirements and offer solutions adapted to each construction market segment.

This new, ultra-responsive underfloor heating and cooling solution is designed to meet year-round comfort requirements. Thermactif 2nd Generation is in line with the new RE2020 regulatory guidelines, which promote:

energy sobriety and decarbonization of energy;
reducing the carbon impact of building construction;
the guarantee of freshness in case of strong heat.

Thanks to its high-tech components, Thermactif 2nd Generation improves the thermal performance of buildings and reduces the system's carbon footprint by 40% (compared to a floor with a traditional cement screed). Thermactif 2nd Generation combines a thin and ultra-reactive underfloor heating/cooling system with a new Thermio® Max fluid screed technology with high thermal conductivity (l=2,5 W/mK) and low thickness (1.5 cm above the tube), which increases thermal emission by +40%, in both heating and cooling.

Result: a heated-cooling floor 3 times more responsive than a conventional system, which allows you to reach the comfort temperature in less than 20 minutes!

To go further and respond even more precisely to construction needs, Thermacome and Anhydritec have designed solutions adapted to each building sector: single-family homes, collective housing, non-residential and renovation.
