Ulos, a truly independent little house, lends itself to multiple uses, ranging from a fully equipped studio to a gym. Separated from the rest of the house, it will provide privacy for a guest room, quiet for an office, and will remain a space for relaxation and leisure throughout the year. The Ulos garden shed has 3 rooms and benefits from a living area of 21 m² with an 8 m² terrace! It is made of quality materials that make it resistant to weather conditions in both summer and winter. To adapt to everyone's needs, it is modular and can evolve over time as desired. It is available with two optional accessories: a gutter kit and a laminate flooring kit. Ulos is the most spacious model and is positioned at the top of the range of Finnlife shelters from Finnforest.

THE ULOS SHELTER: A REAL OUTBUILDING IN THE GARDEN

The Ulos garden shed offers additional living space with several rooms, totaling nearly 30 m². Its 8 m² terrace, protected by a roof, is ideal for summer meals and outdoor games. The 14 m² main room can be converted into a living room, guest bedroom, gym, or even an office. Finally, there are two small separate rooms measuring approximately 2 m² each, one of which is accessible from the outside and can be used as a shed, storage room, or other purpose. Depending on individual preferences, it is possible to add optional features offered by Finnforest, such as a gutter or laminate flooring.

The ULOS garden shed is designed to withstand the elements and can therefore be used safely all year round. The Ulos shed is made primarily of Finnish fir wood, and its 6,8 cm thick interlocking log walls are a guarantee of quality and rare robustness! The door measures 1,86 m and includes a key lock, a significant detail for the occupants' peace of mind. The 3 double-leaf windows have double glazing for good thermal and sound insulation. This construction is guaranteed for 7 years and is PEFC (sustainable forest management) certified. The Ulos assembly kit is a quick and easy-to-assemble construction system for both amateur and experienced DIY enthusiasts. Assembly time excluding options is estimated at 4 days.
