K2 AMO a new player in the world of real estate consulting

With nearly 30 years of experience in various real estate and construction sectors, Lionel OFFRET created K2 AMO, a corporate, commercial and residential real estate consultancy firm offering Project Management Assistance or Delegated Project Management missions.

K2 AMO draws on the expertise and experience of a professional who has built his know-how with developers, users and planners on behalf of particularly demanding investors.

"The current context justifies the creation of a highly responsive structure offering proximity and a cross-functional vision with high added value for clients in their real estate issues. The objective is to help operators defend their real estate interests and support them in their project management decisions at all stages of the project. From technical due diligence audits to the delivery of a program, the scope of risks is vast and requires specific skills," explains Lionel Offret.

Before developing his own structure, Lionel Offret was General Manager for the Île-de-France region at Sogelym Steiner. He previously held the positions of National Technical Director in the Commercial Real Estate Management department at Rodamco Gestion and Branch Director in Belgium for Groupe Pierre 1er.
