Leader in the manufacturing and marketing of systems firewall based on calcium silicate, Promat becomes the only manufacturer to offer insulation solutions for plates and sprays, applicable to all buildings and which meet the strictest regulatory requirements, in particular through its compliance in terms of mandatory CE marking.

Range PROMASPRAY dedicated to thermal insulation, the passive fire protection and acoustic correction/attenuation, provides specific responses to the constraints of construction sites and, more particularly, at the installation level (curved surfaces, access to construction sites, complex metal structures, etc.).

• PROMASPRAY® F250

Applied in its original state, under low pressure, PROMASPRAY®F250 is primarily dedicated to passive fire protection and acoustic correction.

This product applies to:

• concrete floors and structures,

• concrete beam and slab floors,

• concrete slabs with composite steel trays,

• wooden floors and steel structures not exposed to bad weather.

Implementation is carried out by dry projection, with humidification at the gun outlet, for setting with the binder, using specific equipment, directly on the surfaces to be insulated or protected from fire and after preparation of the supports (implementation rules defined by DTU 27.1). PROMASPRAY® F250 suitable for use in ERP, IGH, shopping centers, industrial complexes, parking lots, etc.

•  PROMASPRAY®T

A dry material for insulating surfaces not exposed to the elements, this sprayed dry product primarily provides remarkable thermal insulation combined with acoustic correction. It also provides fire protection on concrete surfaces.

It applies to:

• concrete floors and structures,

• concrete beam and slab floors,

• concrete slabs with composite steel trays.

PROMASPRAY®T finds its full use in the thermal insulation of horizontal structures, cellar and parking ceilings and in the fire protection and acoustic correction of various buildings such as: performance or conference halls, industrial or commercial complexes, storage areas, etc.

•  PROMASPRAY® P300

PROMASPRAY® P300 is a paste-like product intended for wet spraying. It is dedicated to passive fire protection and acoustic correction. Pre-mixed with water to form a paste, it is applied using a spray gun.

It applies to:

• concrete floors,

• concrete beam and slab floors

• concrete slabs with composite steel trays,

• wooden floors,

• steel structures

• horizontal membranes.

PROMASPRAY®P300 is ideal for treating large areas: warehouses, parking lots, etc. 

Range PROMASPRAY is provided of French and European fire resistance reports et has multiple properties and performances:

• appearance: white, off-white and raw projection white which can also be painted,

• rot-proof and unattackable by rodents or parasites

• incombustible, classified M0 or A1,

• non-toxic, free from any harmful products,

• great ease of implementation.
