A broker from Maison Des Travaux sets up in Montpellier

Construction broker Muriel Veyrunes has just joined the La Maison des Travaux franchise network, specializing in home improvement and renovation. Based in Saint-Georges-d'Orques, she will operate throughout the Montpellier region, managing individual projects and helping them find the best tradespeople... at the best prices. La Maison de Travaux, which was not yet present in Hérault, is looking to establish new franchisees there quickly.

Already present in around forty departments, the "La Maison Des Travaux" network (50 brokers) is developing a service adapted to new consumer trends. Indeed, with the work brokerage business now well known to the general public, individuals no longer hesitate to entrust a broker with all their home improvement or renovation projects, from the structural work to the final decorative touch.

The work broker strives to find the contractors in each field who offer the best value for money. They select these contractors and put them in touch with the client, who is responsible for making their own choice. This process does not generate any additional costs for the client, as the work broker is paid by the chosen contractor, based on a percentage set in advance for all contractors.
To meet increasingly complex demands, La Maison Des Travaux works with carefully selected building professionals and has entered into national partnership agreements with manufacturers in the field of home equipment.

La Maison Des Travaux has an annual turnover of over 13 million euros.
