A final promotion in 3D
Diversity, determination, dynamism: a 3D promotion. With the creation of twelve new Activ Travaux agencies since August 2010, the brand continues its dynamic development.
30 new dealers at Activ Travaux
Diversity : What most characterizes this latest promotion is the diversity of profiles.
The newcomers to Activ Travaux are men and women, ranging in age from 28 to over 50. Their professional backgrounds are varied. While some construction brokers are construction professionals, others have years of experience in industrial or commercial environments, or come from human resources or large-scale distribution.
Determination : Independent and voluntary, these men and women share the same determination : offering professional support to individuals and businesses and enabling them to successfully complete their projects with complete peace of mind. By joining the Activ Travaux brand, they found answers to their expectations, in a modern concept that Serge Marsura, Activ Travaux broker in Haute-Savoie, defines so well: " A person who runs for others and relieves them of all the so-called thankless tasks, brings a ready-made file to which all that remains is to say "yes" or "no." A completely free service with no obligation—it's a real innovation! »
Dynamism : The novelty is not only in the concept. Crisis, unemployment, ... the trend is not towards optimism. Yet in this context, Activ Travaux demonstrates that, even after an economic layoff, or at over 50, one can still bounce back with dynamism on a 21st century job, a service job: works broker.
Overall, a very positive assessment is made for this year. : Activ Travaux integrated and installed 30 new dealers in 2010.
The brand will have 90 dealerships by the end of 2010, and will reach the 100-agency mark in 2011. But Activ Travaux' success is not only measured by the number of brokers present on the ground throughout France. In 2010, with the network's business volume having increased by around 25%, it could achieve a turnover close to €35 million.
The values that make Activ Travaux successful
Activ Travaux is not just an innovative concept. It is a real network national which is displayed with true values.
The keys to the success of this brand are in the transmission of know-how and rigorBusiness founders receive comprehensive training that covers everything from legislation to business relations. The involvement of various trainers, including the network's three founders, allows them to learn a real trade.
The support is substantial : work brokers have proven management tools and very operational support.
With such a state of mind, Activ Travaux embodies the values of a real network : moving forward together, doing things well, with great rigor without obscuring the relational aspect… A subtle alchemy!
The start of the Activ Travaux season has a bit of a Tour de France feel to it.
City after city, department after department, Activ Travaux is making great strides throughout France. Construction, renovation, beautification... Activ Travaux' solutions are tailor-made for individuals and businesses.
In the Activ Travaux Tour de France, it is worth noting the conquest of two new departments, with the brokers Serge Marsura et Mike Hauters, two personalities and two very different backgrounds helping with the work in Haute-Savoie and Seine-Maritime.
Activ Travaux is truly in the West, and the Bretons are well supported to undertake their work without stress with full teams. The latest arrivals on the Atlantic arc are Jean-Luc Chevalier in Pays de Retz and Romain the Younger in Rennes. Carine Cormerois, for her part, is strengthening the Girondins de Bordeaux team and the Bordeaux region, by creating a 4th agency in the department. Individuals and businesses will be able to meet Carine in Bordeaux from March 04 to 06, 2011, at the Projet Habitat trade fair.
A little further east, in Roanne in the Loire, Marleine Jacquet extends Activ Travaux' coverage to the north of the department. In Rhône-Alpes, the already dynamic brand is expanding with 3 new brokers based in Lyon (Philippe Ducrot, Alain Carré) and in Chambéry (Philippe Goret). It is a team that is very present on the ground, which the Lyonnais were able to see at the Maison Passion & Rénovation show in Lyon.
Please note: Philippe Goret will meet visitors to the Grenoble International Fair, from October 30 to November 11, 2010 (Espace Alpes-congrès).
To complete this Tour de France, in the Somme Franck Létocart joins Gaëlle Maslard in Amiens. Closer to Paris, Franck Jerome, second Activ Travaux broker in Essonne, won over by the originality of the concept and the professionalism of the franchisor, decided to join the brand and created his agency in Massy.
The last word will go to the last one to arrive at the beginning of autumn, Joel HérissetIn Romorantin, the Solognot is bouncing back on an innovative lifestyle concept that is as valuable for customers as it is for artisans:
“Ideas, advice, service: that’s what people expect.”
