The fischer SaMontec system is a comprehensive range of fastening systems for applications in the areas of plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration. With mounting rails and brackets, accessories, and clamps, it offers optimal, high-quality solutions for supporting networks, laying pipes, connecting cables, and power supplies. The compatibility of the individual elements allows for great flexibility, secure installations with fasteners suitable for all types of substrates, careful work, and real time savings. To ensure optimal operational safety, particularly for fire protection installations, several elements of the SaMontec range have been fire-tested.

SaMontec fischer range:

THE FUS SYSTEM: more flexible, simpler and faster to assemble and disassemble, for standard and heavy-duty applications.

- FUS rails: U-shaped profiles, the 3 rail dimensions offer a wide range of adjustments as well as high mounting security. They allow the rapid fixing of pipes and cable trays, ventilation ducts, etc. With high bending resistance, they have notched lips which improve the retention of the nut plates, and allow mounting on the wall, ceiling or floor. Made of S 250 GD steel, they benefit from a fire resistance class R 120 according to DIN EN 10346.

- PFCN quick connector: Innovative, it allows quick and easy assembly of FUS profiles and is universally used with all through-construction elements. It combines a pre-assembled mechanism - spring, bolt, washer and safety nut - in a single component. The special shape of the washer holds the fastener firmly in position. The high-strength bolt and the serrations of the quick connector guarantee secure assembly and a perfect hold even with high lateral loads. The integrated spring mechanism allows, by simply pressing on it, to slide the connector into the rail in order to easily and precisely adjust the elements of the supporting structure. Finally, its installation by rotating 90° allows installation in already installed FUS rails.- FCA/FCAM consoles: They allow the rapid installation along a wall of pipes, cable trays, ventilation ducts, air conditioning elements and devices. Highly fire-resistant (class R 120), these wall brackets, with a plate welded to a U-shaped profile, allow direct mounting on the support. The rail teeth provide a secure hold of the nut plates to withstand high shear loads, in the case of vertical mounting.

- PSF/SF shoes: These elements allow the fixing of support rails, drainage pipes, etc. The shoe adjustment allows for simple installation by inserting the rail, and its robust design provides a secure hold for resistant constructions.

- Other construction elements: Universal brackets for assembling FUS rails and bracket consoles provide load-bearing structures with high stability and safety. The connecting elements ensure compatibility with the PFCN quick connector and enable angular or T-shaped assembly. THE MS-L SYSTEM: for light applications - electrical cable trays, conduits, etc.

- MS-L rails: In C profiles, they allow light fixings, adjustable in height and laterally. The different geometries of the perforations of the rails offer great flexibility when installing the parts to be fixed. To simplify cutting and
positioning of the elements, the rails have graduations.

- SV Rail Connector: It is used to connect and align rails precisely.

- ALK/ALKS brackets: Robust and available in various lengths, they enable quick fixing of electrical cable trays or conduits and optimal adaptation to the rails used. The 90° oriented oblong holes in the plate ensure easy adjustment of the bracket. The different geometries of the rail perforations guarantee flexibility when installing the parts to be fixed.

- TKR beam clamps: These allow for secure attachment of rails to metal beams without welding or drilling. They are compatible with all standard metal profiles.

- Other construction elements: SF shoes for a robust connection between the rail and the building, holding claws to stabilize the MS-L profiles, double nuts to connect the clamps to the rails, nut plates and mounting brackets for
strengthen the supporting structures...

THE MS SYSTEM: for standard applications

- MS rails: Made of C-profiles with graduations, they allow for simple and safe fixing and adjustment of pipe lines and supporting structures, both in height and laterally. The oblong holes in the rails allow for great flexibility when mounting the parts to be fixed.

- Other construction elements: ALK brackets, SV rail connectors, combined with holding claws, allow rails to be assembled. Double nuts, nut plates, universal brackets, beam grids, shoes, etc. ensure great safety and stability for the assembly.

The SaMontec system also includes:

- solutions for technical ceilings intended for industry,
- fixed point and slide systems,

- a wide range of mounting accessories (beam clamps, supports, fittings, collars, etc.),
- a new installation grid. Particularly flexible and modular, this grid allows the creation of a separate installation level under the ceiling, in factories and production workshops, with mounting rails and special fasteners. Gas and water pipes, electrical cables, piping, etc. can be installed quickly and easily with this grid. The system is suitable for new buildings as well as existing installations, and also allows the attachment of lighting, sound insulation, ventilation, etc.

FIXPERIENCE: A sizing and calculation software suite

To provide safe and reliable support to installers, design offices, and engineers during the design and implementation of projects, fischer HK Holding Claws has developed FIXPERIENCE, a sizing and calculation software suite with specialized application modules. In this software suite, the specific "INSTALLFIX" module determines the various installation options for pipes and the corresponding fastening elements. The installer can select several pipes laid or suspended by support. Typical pipes are listed in a drop-down menu. Once the pipe is determined, the fischer fastening elements for it are automatically suggested.

INSTALL-FIX: This software module, with 3D graphical interface, is ideal for assisting in the calculation of network supports.
A status display continuously informs about the static load utilization of the selected fischer installation system. Up to ten different standard solutions, including consoles, frames, and ducts, can be managed in a quick selection tab. More complex systems can be designed by preselecting the desired installation system. The program allows the duct dimensions, as well as the number and distance of support points, to be changed for optimal system utilization. In the next step, the user can define the type, diameter, insulation, and number of ducts. The option to select hollow or filled pipes in the support system with graphical display automatically generates load models and thus provides the necessary static data for duct systems. In addition, additional loads, such as air ducts, cable trays, or freely definable point and line loads, can be entered directly.
The program also generates a list of components needed for the selected system once the design is complete, such as brackets, threaded rods, conduits, clamps and
accessories.
