A new hotline for Knauf Insulation

To provide all the answers and technical information on the products in its ranges , their implementation, the regulations in force... Knauf Insulation opens its new Hotline.

This new tool, under the responsibility of Christophe Ferré, also offers simulation calculations allowing access to initial responses, a preliminary phase before contacting a thermal design office.

To ensure complete availability, all calls to the landline +33 (0)5 62 50 05 89 are automatically redirected to the Hotline Manager's mobile phone. If a call is in progress, callers can then leave messages on a single voicemail box. The hotline team will then return calls to customers and professional users as quickly as possible.

Goal of zero paper

The Knauf Insulation Hotline has a constantly updated electronic library containing all product data sheets, certificates, Technical Approvals, etc.

All correspondence is archived and categorized by topic. This information ensures a quick response if a call concerns a matter that has already been addressed.

For its customers and installers wishing to contact the hotline by fax, Knauf Insulation has invested in a latest-generation tool using the "Push to mail" concept. By sending a fax to +33 (0)5 62 98 76 69, it is automatically converted into an email and forwarded to the hotline's dedicated email inbox. In return, Christophe Ferré and his team provide a digital response that can be sent by email or directly to the fax machine that sent the request.

In line with Knauf Insulation's desire to further improve its environmental footprint, the Hotline provides answers to professionals without impacting the environment.
