A designer and cost-effective tile, tinted throughout
The Karat © XXL tile is now available in graphite gray color, tinted in the mass. The addition of premium minerals gives the shard its dark tint. The cutting edges are therefore hardly noticeable.
New: Karat© XXL - D in graphite gray
For fifty years, Karat© tiles have been creating beautiful, timeless roofs that blend seamlessly with contemporary architecture. They have distinguished themselves through their unique technique and refined design, which has garnered numerous awards.
A variant tinted in the mass
Its big sister, the Karat© XXL tile, is now available in a body-dyed version. Its straight lines and clean edges are highlighted by the variegated sandstone from Thuringia (Germany). Thanks to its graphite gray version, it's no longer even necessary to rework the cut edges or spalls, which are inevitable on site. This element makes the Karat© XXL-D tile cost-effective.
A large size tile with character
The Karat© XXL-D tile has many advantages that make it easy to install. Its single weight of 5,3 kg greatly simplifies its handling on the roof. Its variable 20 mm exposure also makes it a star among roofers. This tile also stands out for its nominal roof slope of 22° and its minimum slope of 10°.
Its installation requires only ten tiles per square meter. The Karat© XXL-D tile is therefore particularly cost-effective for large areas and load-bearing structures. Thanks to its double interlocking on the sides and at the head, it guarantees high resistance to water infiltration. Finally, the Karat© XXL-D tile also impresses with its high resistance to hail (class 4).
A guarantee of long-term availability
The availability guarantee also applies to the Karat© XXL-D tile. ERLUS undertakes to deliver an identical tile model and guarantees availability of the model for a period of 20 years, starting from the delivery date.
ERLUS tiles are available from building materials dealers.
