Directly designed by Gustave Rideau, President of the ALUMINIUM RIDEAU group, this new product combines design and simplicity. It allows you to create a new space of more than 15 m² and enjoy your terrace longer during the season. The result of the Rideau group's 36 years of know-how and experience, the new terrace enclosure is a telescopic structure composed of several sliding panels. Thanks to its ultra-easy opening system on rails and its lightweight structure, the modules open and close as desired to enjoy this space whatever the weather. The sun's rays, a natural source of energy, are enough to warm the atmosphere to prolong moments of relaxation: an ecological and economical asset in mid-season.
The terrace shelter is a lightweight structure easily adaptable to all exteriors: 9 combinations of dimensions are possible: depths from 2,50 m to 3,50 m and lengths from 6,26 m to 10,44 m.

Practical and modular, the Véranda Rideau terrace shelter proves to be an indoor-outdoor transition place which offers numerous advantages:
- it creates an air gap allowing better insulation of the habitat,
- it is an ideal place to protect outdoor furniture and plants from bad weather,
- it is designed according to a nesting system whose modules telescope to one side or the other. The floor rail (draining and powder-coated) allows for very easy opening.
- it allows you to gain between +6° to +8°C on average (generally observed averages) and to cut the wind.

Nobility of raw materials

Made from 6060 alloy aluminum (building standards), the profiles are entirely designed and manufactured at the Véranda Rideau factory in La Roche-sur-Yon (85). The terrace shelter benefits from the Qualicoat and Qualimarine lacquering labels. The Qualicoat label guarantees the lacquering against UV rays and discoloration and the Qualimarine label ensures the lacquering will last on the seaside. The 110 micron thick lacquering also meets the highest requirements in terms of weather resistance.
All filler plates are assembled with UV-treated synthetic gaskets, guaranteed for 10 years, around the entire periphery of the plate. Finally, the parts and screws are made of A4 stainless steel, components commonly used in the manufacture of the company's verandas.

Technical characteristics

• The synthetic glass filling is anti-UV treated on both sides and is guaranteed for 2 years.
• Ertacetal® rollers with stainless steel axle allow for quick and easy opening of the shelter.
• A reinforcing bracket for each raw aluminum angle is inserted into the profiles.
• The nylon polyamide seals and brushes for the gables and between the arches of the sliding modules are carefully installed.
• A permanent storm-proof anchoring system is integrated.

Option: A frame opening in the Italian style on the gable can provide optimal ventilation.

Structure and rail colours: A wide choice of shades and four standards: white (RAL 9010), beige (RAL 1015), grey (RAL 7040) or anthracite grey (RAL 7016).

Easy and quick installation

To install, the Véranda Rideau patio enclosure only requires level masonry. It comes ready to be installed by a professional from the brand. However, due to its simple design and easy installation, it is possible to purchase it as a kit and assemble it yourself. This assembly can be done by even an experienced DIYer!
