First major asset: the ShockFinder

This innovative indicator automatically detects the presence of abnormal shocks, even on machines with very low rotation speeds. This automatic and reliable monitoring capability for slow-moving shafts is truly useful given the limitations of traditional techniques. This is particularly true in the wind power sector, where traditional vibration monitoring techniques require lengthy analyses without really producing satisfactory results.

Second major advantage: increased responsiveness

While OneProd System 3.2 is particularly suited to slow rotations, it also allows for very rapid response! The system responds more quickly in the event of a sudden fault. This is partly because more measurements are taken, and partly because it is possible to increase the number of indicators to refine monitoring, all without compromising responsiveness.

With this new version 3.2, OneProd System has achieved the feat of saving precious time in data analysis while increasing the reliability of monitoring.
