Viega wins iF Design Award Gold

Viega has garnered a veritable shower of medals at the iF Design Award 2020. Five toilet flush plates and one shower channel were awarded prizes in the "Bathroom" category. The Visign for More 202 flush plate received a special distinction, the iF Gold Label, for its outstanding design. Just one year after their market launch, the new Visign range, developed in cooperation with ARTEFAKT design (Darmstadt), has been honored with renowned design awards. 

A major success: the IF Gold Award 2020

In a highly competitive environment, bringing together 7 applicants from 298 nations, Viega products were able to stand out. A special award was even given to the toilet flush plate. Vision for More 202It received the coveted iF Gold Label, which has only been awarded 75 times this year. The jury particularly highlighted the balanced combination of innovative electronic functional elements with traditional forms: " the control plate Vision for More 202 perfectly demonstrates the beauty of minimalist design. »

Vision for More 202 is thus among the best winners of the world-renowned design label. An honor that was awarded to only three candidates in the competition in the "Bathroom" category.

A shower of medals at the iF Design Award 2020

Toilet control plates Vision for More 204, Vision for Style 23 et Vision for Style 24, as well as the contactless trigger control plate Visign for More 205 sensitive, were also delighted to receive the iF Design Award 2020. The international jury of independent experts completed VIEGA's list of winners by also awarding a distinction to the shower channel Advantix Cleviva. 

All winners will be honored on May 4, 2020 at the iF Design Award evening at the Friedrichstadt-Palast in Berlin. From 2 to 10 May 2020, the awarded products will also be visible at the Moskau café in Berlin.
