VIPros 4 years later...

It was during the Batimat-Interclima and Ideobain trade fairs in November 2017 that VIPros, the first multi-brand, multi-store and multi-channel loyalty program on the market, was officially launched.

With the help of a few pioneering industrialists, VIPros has initiated a system that is unique in France, capable of:

• To identify craft businesses likely to buy their products (until now, manufacturers have only limited their contacts to distributors),
• To be able to communicate directly with them to prescribe the products and services best suited to their needs and bring them to better use,
• To rely on a collective of complementary brands to keep them loyal, with the most lively program as a bonus
and the most generous on the market,
• To capitalize on the feedback shared with all brands to identify needs, anticipate renewals, make targeted and therefore more interesting offers for artisans.

 

In 4 years, the VIPros program has:

• Registered a highly qualified base of 11 craft businesses, representing, according to INSEE classifications, between 45 and 000 professional users,
• Developed the most sophisticated tool on the market to manage an ongoing relationship with these companies,
• Created a completely new commercial animation system, via 3 promotional levers: VIPoints, Cashback (much more efficient and image-enhancing than the classic Refund Offers) and Immediate Reductions (BRI unique in France, currently being deployed for initial physical and online tests),
• Initiated a research program in Data Science, validated by the State, to optimize the animation of VIPros communities (brands, artisans, distributors).

All these investments are pooled and constitute the primary ROI for industrial partners.

 

But the adventure will not end there, VIPros will step up its efforts and investments to:

 Promote the program through collective actions financed by the newly enacted common base: direct marketing, highly attractive promotional offers, exhibitions and events at the next Batimat-Interclima-Idéobain trade fairs,
• Accelerate the deployment of “Cashback” levers et "Immediate Reduction" at physical and online distributors,
• Provide relevant answers and targeted offers to VIPros artisans, thanks to the analysis of their needs.

 A target of 50 industrial partners and 40 craft businesses by 2023 for the French construction sector alone... Enough to strengthen VIPros' position on the market and make its links ever stronger with
its various actors…
