With the launch of its new platform, VIPros now offers an even more intuitive and functional user experience:

- New product sheets

Much more detailed, they centralize all the information related to the selected product - guarantees, after-sales service, technical sheets, photos, instructions or tutorials - but also services, VIPromos offers, news or other associated products.

- New gift cards

In the gift area, artisans can discover all the new leisure and professional gifts and services to develop their business, through detailed information sheets.

- New promotional offers

3 new different reward methods are offered to registered artisans: VIPoint bonuses, free Professional gifts or Cashback offers with immediate or deferred reimbursement on products purchased.

- New features for sending invoices

To facilitate the recording of proof of purchase, the craftsman can scan or photograph his invoice. Automatic reading of product barcodes or the import of the wish list previously established on the platform before purchasing the products can also be attached to the invoice to accelerate the crediting of loyalty points.

- New artisan account

The loyalty area of the artisan account now allows you to track in real time the processing of proof of purchase, the wish list directly formatted for any quote request from your usual distributor, the toolbox to store all the information to be kept...

- New services

The new platform offers the VIPros Pass, which facilitates direct contact between manufacturers and craftspeople for any specific technical requests.

All these developments to the vipros.fr platform will be gradually rolled out through June, to allow industrial partners to complete the associated content.
