Power Full ISO Screws: the importance of properly insulating your roof
External Roof Thermal Insulation (ETTI), also known as sarking roof insulation, requires the insulation to be fixed to the rafters. The new Power Full ISO screw from fischer prevents the insulation from being crushed by the roofing material exposed to wind or snow, thus preventing deterioration of the insulation.

• The loads acting on the cover are transmitted by the screw thread and not on the insulation.
• The correct spacing between the roofing and the frame is maintained by the double thread of the screw (no crushing of the insulation).
• The wind lift effect is also transferred to the screw.

The Power Full ISO screw has the characteristic of acting like an adjustment screw: the thread under the head positions itself and holds the counter batten, the thread at the tip anchoring it in the rafter.
It holds a European Technical Assessment (ETA) and complies with Eurocodes.

Power Fast hexagonal head lag screw
The new fischer Power Fast lag screw with hexagonal head is intended to replace the DIN 571 lag screw, usually used for fixing metal parts.

Advantage: 
• Safe, its tensile and shear resistance is significantly higher than traditional lag screws (high loads possible), validated by the European Technical Assessment ETA 11/0027.
• Efficient, the cone under the head prevents breakage of the screw head during tightening.
