Zefiral Thermic hinged shutters: a real plus for thermal insulation

 France Fermetures innovates with ZEFIRAL Thermic, new thermally insulated and decorative aluminum hinged shutter. This custom-made shutter can adapt to all bays, with simple shapes or complex: lowered arch, full arch, trapezoid, and with large dimensional limits: up to 2,50 m in height and width.

Durable and reliable over time

ZEFIRAL Thermic is equipped with a 28 mm thick apron, with insulating foam to meet the requirements of Thermal Regulations. This new insulated hinged shutter is

eligible for tax credit thanks to its thermal resistance coefficient > ΔR 0,20 m2 k/W.

The U-shaped profiles forming the outline of the shutter are assembled by miter cutting for an impeccable finish of the shutter.

This robust design guarantees ZEFIRAL Thermic excellent longevity. A palette of 9 colors (white, cream, celadon green, moss green, sepia brown, pigeon blue, sky blue, purple red and golden oak veneer) allows the shutters to blend perfectly with the architecture of the house.

ZEFIRAL Thermic is available in 3 designs to choose from: bars, bars and sashes, hinges and counter-hinges.

A plus for the renovation

To replace old shutters on an irregular facade, France Fermetures offers a pre-frame for hinged shutters. The pre-frame provides additional insulation and screening, thanks to its double brush seals and adjustment jacks, allowing for a perfect fit on the window. It facilitates installation on irregular facades and thus ensures a quality finish by masking any defects in the window.

The pre-frame, which can be personalized in more than 200 colors for total harmony with the shutters or the facade of the house, is compatible with all wooden, PVC and extruded aluminum hinged shutters in the France Fermetures range.
