WATTS launches its DIGISCO application to facilitate disconnector maintenance

Drinking water quality regulations require the installation of specific devices to prevent any risk of pollution. These devices must also be inspected annually to ensure they comply with the NF P 43018 standard.

To facilitate maintenance and controls, Watts creates theDIGISCO app. Usable on BA, CAa type disconnectors and EA flanged valves (class A), DIGISCO has:

- a WEB back office available on computer for management by the sales team

- a mobile application dedicated to the on-site technician that allows them to easily fill out maintenance sheets from their smartphone, even offline. Reports and the schedule for the next inspection are sent directly to the customer.

The DIGISCO application saves technicians a lot of time, allowing them to focus on what matters most: monitoring, maintaining, and repairing. This guarantees a water network that's always perfectly protected.
