New ultra-compact and modular individual dual-flow ventilation system

To offer property developers and social landlords a dual-flow CMV solution adapted to collective housing that improves the energy efficiency of buildings without loss of square meters or integration complexity, Zehnder innovates with ComfoAir 180, its new ultra-compact individual dual-flow ventilation system, modular and adaptable to all installation configurations.

With its ultra-compact dimensions, ComfoAir 180 is a space-saving system that does not require a technical room and optimizes space in apartments by installing it in an entrance, kitchen, or bathroom closet. For easier maintenance, it can also be installed on the landing in a fire closet.

The economical ComfoAir 180 system combines an extra-flat distribution box with ComfoFlat 51 flat ventilation ducts and LongFlow long-range air vents. This reduces the length of the ductwork and eliminates the need for suspended ceilings in living areas.

To be quickly implemented and adapt to all installation configurations, the ComfoAir 180 system is equipped with the new ComfoPipe Plus Twin distribution network. It consists of polypropylene modules assembled by simple interlocking, without tools or adhesives.

Finally, the Zehnder ComfoAir 180 system is easy and economical to maintain thanks to new recyclable filters that need to be changed twice a year. In addition, the interior walls of the ventilation ducts benefit from Zehnder's Clinside technology, which makes cleaning easier by preventing dust buildup.
