A high-performance range
To meet all the airflow needs of homes, Zehnder Comfosystems has a wide and efficient range of systems:

. Zehnder ComfoAir 100 : Maximum air flow of 100 m3/h. High-efficiency dual-flow ventilation system for single, small-volume rooms (80% heat recovery).

. Zehnder ComfoAir 140 : Maximum air flow of 140 m3/h. High-efficiency dual-flow ventilation system with integrated automatic bypass, particularly suitable for small spaces, such as T1 and studio (90% heat recovery).

. Zehnder ComfoAir 200 certified NF VMC : Air flow up to 265 m3/h. Very high-efficiency dual-flow ventilation system certified NF VMC (>98% heat recovery) with integrated automatic bypass. Wall or ceiling installation.

. Zehnder ComfoAir 350 certified NF VMC : Air flow up to 450 m3/h. Very high efficiency double flow ventilation system certified NF VMC (96% heat recovery), with compact dimensions, with integrated automatic bypass, canadian well optionally using ground heat to preheat the air in winter and cool the house in summer. Can be installed on an anti-vibration base.

. Zehnder ComfoAir 550 : Air flow up to 600 m3/h. Integrated automatic bypass, optional Canadian well.

. Zehnder ComfoAir 800 to 4000 : Air flow from 800 m3/h to 4500 m3/h. Air handling units designed for large homes, industrial and tertiary buildings.

The materials used guarantee high quality over time and healthy air without VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).

All Zehnder Comfosystems dual flow CMV systems are equipped as standard with a series cross-flow counter-current exchanger with an efficiency of between 90 and 98%.

Installed as standard on all dual-flow ventilation units in the residential range, the automatic bypass allows the heat exchanger to be made inactive so as not to heat the incoming fresh air from a set temperature. During summer nights, it plays a role particularly appreciated by users because it lets fresh outside air into the house (free-cooling principle).

Double flow ventilation devices are equipped with a anti-frost functionwhich automatically reduces the incoming air flow from a temperature close to 0° and thus prevents the exchanger from icing up.

Air distribution: impeccable air quality
The materials used for air distribution are guaranteed VOC-free to ensure good air quality over time. Zehnder Comfosystems offers a complete air distribution system that is easy to implement and ensures acoustic and thermal comfort.

The air network (home side) includes noise dampers (attenuation up to 29 dB). The network is installed in a "star" configuration to avoid pressure drops and noise transmission from one room to another.

The distribution boxes are equipped with an insulating interior surface for effective soundproofing. They distribute air to each room via ventilation ducts (one per vent). The connection plates used with the boxes are available for 6 to 10 connections.

Ventilation ducts Zehnder ComfoTube (outer diameter 75 or 90 mm, in 50 m rolls) are flexible and easily nestable. Made of 100% food grade HDPE material, corrugated outer wall, smooth interior wall thus promoting cleaning and ensuring the durability of the system. Assembly is quick (only requires the use of a metal saw for installation).

Ventilation ducts Zehnder ComfoTube Flat are oblong, flexible ducts with a thickness of 51 mm. They can be easily installed on the subfloor, inside the floor insulation layer, in a false ceiling or behind a partition. They are supplied in lengths of 20 or 50 m (lengths can be cut as required). Their properties are identical to those of the Zehnder ComfoTube.

Insulated connecting pipes Zehnder ComfoPipe (diameter 150 or 180 mm) provide air intake and exhaust to the outside (can be cut as required). High thermal insulation thanks to polypropylene foam, smooth and vapor-tight surface, push-fit connection (no glue or tape required), easy assembly. Elbows, sleeves and adapters also available.

The flow rates and fan speeds are controlled during sizing. The system is balanced (no drafts in the house).

The Zehnder ComfoAir are equipped with a wide range of regulations, easy to use: programmable electronic switch or regulation with operating ranges depending on occupation periods, for example.

The ventilation vents round or rectangular, with a neat design, complete the installation.
