Zehnder launches the ComfoSpot 50 and ComfoAir 70 decentralized VMC solutions
To benefit from the advantages of high-performance dual-flow ventilation without major works, during a home extension or simply to ventilate a single room, Zehnder offers new decentralized dual-flow CMV solutions: Zehnder ComfoSpot 50 and Zehnder ComfoAir 70.
These compact devices are particularly suitable for the renovation of one or two rooms in homes (isolated rooms, studios, etc.) or small tertiary buildings (meeting rooms, offices, etc.). They are quickly installed in the room to be ventilated because they do not require an air distribution network: they are built into an exterior wall by simple horizontal drilling and are connected to a 230 V electrical outlet. Flexible, the Zehnder ComfoAir 70 system has an optional connection that allows ventilation of 2 adjoining rooms.
To reduce energy consumption and benefit from optimal indoor air quality, the new decentralized double-flow CMV systems are equipped with an exclusive Zehnder enthalphic heat exchanger which guarantees optimal recovery of heat and humidity:
- Zehnder ComfoSpot 50: up to 82% heat recovery and 70% humidity
- Zehnder ComfoAir 70: up to 89% heat recovery and 71% humidity
High-quality fans ensure quiet, efficient operation with very low energy consumption. They are resistant to pressure losses caused by wind, for example.
Hygienic, the new decentralized dual-flow CMV systems prevent the formation of mold and bacteria and can be cleaned with water. In addition, they prevent the formation of condensation on the facade of the home, which remains clean and dry.
For a perfect aesthetic, the exterior grilles of the Zehnder ComfoSpot 50 and Zehnder ComfoAir 70 systems can be painted to match the facade's plasterwork. Compact and stylish, they blend discreetly into the interior of the home. Finally, they feature a touch or digital control unit that regulates the ventilation speeds.
