Zehnder: Fina receives the "Red Dot Product Design Award 2012"

Zehnder, a specialist in the design and manufacture of custom-made designer radiators and towel warmers , has won the prestigious " Red Dot Product Design Award 2012" for its new Zehnder Fina radiator and towel warmer , winner in the "Bath, Wellness and Air Conditioning" category . This award recognizes the aesthetic qualities, innovative materials, and thermal performance of the heating element developed by Zehnder.

Since its first edition in 1955, the Red Dot Design Award has become one of the most prestigious design competitions in the world. With today's increasingly competitive global markets, receiving such an award has become a significant asset, a valuable guarantee of product quality and brand credibility. This year, Zehnder's Fina radiator competed against 4 products submitted by 515 manufacturers and designers from 1800 countries.

A concentrate of innovations
The jury of 30 international experts, who met last April in Essen, Germany, was impressed by the Zehnder Fina's technical adaptability. It is suitable for low-temperature heating systems, can be powered by a heat pump, and is compatible with underfloor heating. These features make it an ideal solution for both new builds and renovations.

The Fina towel radiator is designed for hot water central heating. Its slim design, the smooth surface of its steel front, which is directly placed on graphite, and its low water volume give it great responsiveness and high thermal radiation. Thus, the Zehnder Fina offers heating comfort characterized by even heat distribution, creating a feeling of well-being.

Design in all discretion
In awarding the Zehnder Fina the Red Dot Product Design Award, the international jury also recognized the radiator's elegance and clean lines. Its understated lines make it a designer piece that complements any living room or bathroom style.

Thanks to the adaptable connectors of the new patented Zehnder EasyTube system, flexible tubes can be positioned precisely and discreetly using special mounting flanges. Equipped with side covers, the particularly slim Fina radiator (only 20 mm thick) appears to "levitate" against the wall. It is available in all the colors of the Zehnder color chart, in various finishes, matte or glossy. It is available in a radiator version and in a towel warmer version (Fina Spa) with one or two towel rails.
