Zilten presents Ekyss, a new, aesthetic and unique opening system
Artibat Special 2016
Zilten presents Ekyss, a new, aesthetic and unique opening system, previewed at the Artibat trade fair, from October 19 to 21, 2016.
Ekyss: an innovative response to the demand for entrance doors with pull bars
Pull bars are attractive for their contemporary look, but still require a key to open the door.
Zilten offers the Ekyss solution for buyers of entryways who want to benefit from the contemporary aesthetics of pull bars, without having to systematically use a key.
Ekyss, an aesthetic and unique opening system
The result of collaborative work between Zilten's R&D, design studio and marketing department, Ekyss retains the aesthetics of the pull-up bar, much appreciated by buyers, while evolving its use.
The handle, perfectly integrated, blends into the pull bar to preserve its clean lines and aesthetic appeal. Functionally, it is specially designed to allow the front door to be opened.
You don't need to take your keys to unlock the door (unlike a door equipped with a pull bar that opens with a key).
The accessory boasts a robust, offbeat design and ergonomics that facilitate accessibility for people with reduced mobility. The pull bar, with its integrated Ekyss system, is easy to grip for wheelchair users, who can then simply pull the door. While benefiting from this ease of use, the door retains its original aesthetic.
Zilten chooses Equaliz to present Ekyss
Unveiled exclusively at the Artibat 2016 trade fair, Equaliz is one of the flagship models in the future range of Alu Confort entrance doors from Zilten, available in the 2017 catalogue.
Its striated aesthetic evokes the lightness of a wire structure, highlighted by the vertical poppy red border.
At the Artibat trade show, Equaliz is presented in textured RAL 5014 blue, which lends all its strength to the accessory's voluptuous red. This is one of Zilten's strengths: offering non-standard colors to enable personalized configurations.
