PAREXLANKO'S FIRST FAST-SETTING BLACK ROAD MICRO-CONCRETE

In roadways, areas with buffer seals are subject to severe conditions due to the mechanical stresses associated with traffic. In this context, Parexlanko is launching 714 LANKOROAD SCELLFLASH BLACK, its first black micro-concrete for roadways with compensated shrinkage, specifically designed to blend into the asphalt. Thanks to its very short setting time, it allows for ultra-fast return to service in just 1 hour at 20 degrees for T4/T5 traffic. Its adjustable rheology makes it easy to use, especially on sloping streets. In addition, its excellent wettability makes it very pleasant to work with. It is intended for companies specializing in public works (roads, road maintenance, etc.) and for city technical departments.

EASY TO USE AND APPLICATION
Parexlanko's 714 LANKOROAD SCELLFLASH BLACK is a shrinkage-compensated, ready-to-wet micro-concrete. It consists of sand, gravel, special cements, and additives. Its active ingredients, based on hydraulic binders, are guaranteed to be free of chlorides and metal particles. Its composition makes it easy to mix and offers good wettability.

IMPLEMENTATION OF A STAMP SEAL

Mixing 714 LANKOROAD SCELLFLASH BLACK can be done manually or mechanically using a mixer or concrete mixer.

ADJUSTABLE RHEOLOGY
Depending on the site configuration, the preparation of the mixture can be adapted. The water dosage allows for a product with a plastic consistency (2 liters) to a fluid consistency (1 liters). Thanks to its adjustable rheology, the performance of 2,5 LANKOROAD SCELLFLASH BLACK is guaranteed regardless of the water level used.

PROPERTIES OF MICRO-CONCRETE
Its composition ensures optimal mechanical performance and compressive strength. Indeed, after 1 hour, the compressive strength is 8 MPa and reaches 18 MPa in 2 hours. In addition, its compensated shrinkage is a guarantee because it prevents short-term cracking.

THE 714 LANKOROAD SCELLFLASH BLACK from Parexlanko, is developed for sealing covers, inspection chambers, frames and keyholes.
