EXPERT EXTH18V-50M First 18V Gasless Construction Stapler

With the EXPERT EXTH18V-50M, Bosch launches the world's first cordless wood stapler, developing the performance of a pneumatic tool but without the constraints and additional costs of compressors, hoses and gas cartridges.

The robust EXTH18V-50M allows for the fastening of hardwood, construction lumber, OSB, plywood, and gypsum/fiber cement board to wood framing. It is used with standard 16-gauge staples with a wire thickness of 1,6 mm, a crown width of 10,8/11,3 mm, and a length of 25 to 50 mm.

Bosch offers a wide selection of staples in its accessories range, including EXPERT KG700 staples in lengths from 30 to 50 mm, which penetrate the material with less resistance thanks to their diamond coating. These EXPERT staples have obtained European Technical Assessment (ETA) and are approved in all EU countries for load-bearing assemblies, even under permanent loads for pull-out and shear strength.
 

New EXPERT EXSA18V-32 Cordless Reciprocating Saw

The new Bosch EXPERT EXSA18V-32 cordless reciprocating saw is a perfect balance of power, extremely robust design and improved protection. 
Equipped with a BITURBO brushless motor and a high-performance drive system, It optimally utilizes the high power of the new EXPERT batteries of 5,5 Ah or more to develops a power equivalent to a 1300 watt corded tool and up to 3000 rpm. 

With a stroke length of 32 mm, the highest speed level among the 6 available, and the pendulum function activated, it can cut effortlessly. Wood, hollow bricks, plastic, plasterboard, wood-based composites, and insulating materials. AI technology at the service of professionals to detect objects hidden in walls

The innovative new Bosch EXPERT D-tect18V-200-17C wall scanner allows for the precise location of objects within walls thanks to radar technology and AI-powered object recognition.This combination makes measurements more reliable and easier to perform. To perform a scan, the user moves the D-tect18V-200-17C over the relevant area of ​​the wall. Data is collected and processed across the entire scanned area. 

The new AI-powered object recognition locates and identifies materials and objects hidden within walls. Plastic or metal pipes, electrical wires, and reinforcing bars can be drilled into walls, ceilings, concrete floors, masonry, drywall, or hollow bricks—up to a depth of 200 mm. Professionals work safely and avoid errors during drilling or wall renovation projects.

Its IPS screen displays all detected objects and their depth in the wall; A color code indicates the type of material. New EXPER EXLL18V-120-33CG Wireless Line Laser

With its 3 lines projected over 360°The new Bosch EXPERT EXLL18V-120-33CG cordless line laser is ideal for layout, alignment, and horizontal and vertical leveling work in large spaces: installing drywall, aligning window and door frames, sockets, installing suspended ceilings, tiles, etc. 
With an accuracy of ± 0.3 mm, it offers a range of 35 m radius and can reach a radius of 120 m. with the Bosch LR7 laser receiver cell.  

Extremely robust in design, the EXLL18V-120-33CG can withstand the toughest job site conditions. Its rubber casing, metal turrets and rubberized laser heads absorb shocks and protect the tool in case of a 1m drop. Certified IP65, it is protected against dust and water splashes.

The high-performance EXPERT 18V batteries and EXPERT fast chargers from Bosch set new standards in terms of power, while being perfectly compatible with the Bosch Professional 18V system and the multi-brand AMPShare alliance. 
To meet the most demanding applications, The EXPERT EXBA18V-80 8Ah and EXPERT EXBA18V-150 15,0 Ah batteries achieve a maximum power of up to 2,400 watts and a range of up to 120% (for the EXBA18V-80) and 280% (for the EXBA18V-150) compared to current Bosch 4 Ah batteries. Thanks to a longer battery life, they ensure extended and uninterrupted work.

The new EXPERT batteries benefit from the innovative "Tabless" cell technology without connectors. Bosch was the first manufacturer in the world to integrate the benefits of this revolutionary technology into the 18V batteries of its cordless power tools. In conventional lithium-ion batteries, each cell has a narrow connection strip, called a connector, on either side of the anode and cathode. These connectors limit the power delivered by the battery and contribute to the cell's internal electrical resistance, which generates heat. To prevent the battery from overheating, especially under extreme loads, the tool shuts down, leaving the remaining energy unused in the battery. 

In "Tabless" cells without connectors, current flows through multiple contact points along the entire length of the anode and cathode, instead of being limited to one or two connectors. Result: less internal resistance in each cell, less heat generated and longer battery life, which improves performance in demanding applications.

The new EXPERT loaders also contribute to greater efficiency and productivity. 3 times faster than the previous generation loader.The EXAL18V-160 fully charges an EXBA18V-80 battery in 39 minutes in Power Boost mode with up to 16 A of charging current. The EXAL18V2-320 dual charger simultaneously charges two 16 A batteries. 

They have three charging modes - Standard, Power Boost and Long Life - selectable via a button depending on the needs.
