BATIMAT 2026: EDILIANS focuses on roofing, solar energy and energy renovation

From September 28th to October 1st, EDILIANS will participate in BATIMAT 2026, whose theme is "Buildings in Motion." At this event, the manufacturer will showcase all of its expertise related to building envelopes at its booth. The aim is to present solutions covering everything from terracotta roofing to photovoltaics, cladding, energy-efficient renovation, and support services for roofing companies and specifiers.

This organization by professional sectors allows visitors to identify the solutions adapted to different types of construction sites, whether it be new constructions, rehabilitations or operations involving heritage buildings.

In the roofing sector, EDILIANS will highlight several developments in its range of terracotta tiles , with particular attention paid to the renovation of old buildings.

The Heritage Selection benefits from a new graphic identity and several range enhancements. New colors appear on the PLATE ELIXIR 16x27 Aubois and PLATE 17X27 Ste Foy models , while the Monument Historique Aubois tile expands its offering to seven shades to facilitate the desired color combinations during the restoration of heritage roofs.

The manufacturer will also unveil a new PLATE Millésime 17X27 Ste Foy range , offered in a premium finish with a blurred stripe and four complementary colours.

Solutions adapted to the constraints of renovation projects

Among the new products is also the MEDIANE REABILIS Gélis , intended for renovation operations.

Part of the MEDIANE range, this tile features a dual lateral and longitudinal installation system, facilitating adjustments on existing, often irregular, roofs. It also carries the NF Low Slope certification , an important feature for professionals facing demanding technical configurations.

Two finishes are offered in order to reproduce the appearance of old roofs while maintaining the performance of a new roof.

A specific offer for mountain roofs

EDILIANS will also present its offer for buildings located in mountain climates.

The AERO CIME system, combined with the STRETTO Huguenot flat tile , integrates a high-permeability vapor-permeable (HPV) membrane with ATEx mountain certification and a tile that replicates the look of wooden shingles using a printing process. This solution aims to meet the requirements of waterproofing, durability, and fire safety while maintaining the desirable aesthetic of mountain regions.

The manufacturer is also continuing to develop its range of terracotta cladding products intended for architects and project managers.

The objective is to ensure visual continuity between roof and facade while offering a wide choice of shapes, textures and finishes suitable for both contemporary buildings and renovation projects.

To expand aesthetic possibilities, EDILIANS highlights two personalization processes: enameling and digital printing. The UNIQ, ULTRA, and ULTIM ranges allow for specific finishes, while digital printing reproduces various material effects such as stone, wood, metal, or marble.

Inspirational photovoltaic accompanied by sizing tools

The solar hub will bring together the various residential photovoltaic solutions developed by EDILIANS.

The manufacturer will notably present its My Solar Project digital assistant , designed for installers. Accessible online, this tool allows users to size an EASY ROOF ADVANCE installation and quickly obtain a configuration tailored to the project.

EDILIANS will also highlight its partnership with SOLPLANET , specializing in inverters and battery storage systems, in order to offer a more complete range of products and services for photovoltaic electricity production.

A demonstration of the levers of the energy renovation

Faced with the challenges related to summer comfort and the reduction of energy consumption, EDILIANS will dedicate a space to the energy renovation of the roof.

A model of converted attics will illustrate the five components highlighted by the manufacturer: insulation, air and water tightness, roof ventilation, choice of tile colours and photovoltaic energy production.

This demonstration will illustrate the interaction between these different elements in the overall performance of a roof.
