A productivity gain
Composed of a single unit with a factory-pre-assembled opening, the Bonna Sabla prefabricated concrete monolithic burial vault is installed in the grave in one piece. This reduces handling and thus increases the productivity of funeral stonemasons.

Easy to access and safe
With a capacity of two spaces, this type 1 burial vault accommodates one space per level. To facilitate access when fully buried, the upper opening is recessed and centered. Its raised profile prevents rainwater from entering the vault.

Resistant and durable 
Manufactured according to precise specifications, this self-contained, one-piece NF-certified burial vault has undergone regular compression tests at the factory to guarantee its resistance under the recommended installation and usage conditions. The results have been verified and certified by an independent body. Air and water filling tests have also been carried out at the factory to ensure the structure's airtightness and permeability.

The NF-certified monobloc burial vault features a ventilation system with a gas purification filter and a decomposition fluid retention tank. This equipment ensures the necessary hygiene for cemetery environments and provides better working conditions for funeral home staff and cemetery workers.

• Grave ventilation system:
  - Either by pipe and Astato® cap, an element placed between the gas evacuation pipe and the outside air which protects the vault and its contents from rain, insects, dust… Made of cast aluminum, it is insensitive to shocks and UV, ensuring the longevity of the installation. 
  - Either by air ducting via a hollow threaded brass rod, an independent solution which 
  ensures the circulation of incoming and outgoing airflow by negative pressure.
   
• Gas purification system with the Neutreco filter: cComposed of naturally sourced activated carbon, this filter facilitates the combustion of the body by oxygen and prevents the accumulation of decomposition gases inside the vault. It filters out gas emissions to eliminate odors and bacteria.
   
• Decomposition liquid retention tray with absorbent material: Waterproof, removable, and incinerable after use, this ABS containment tray resists the corrosive effects of decomposition fluids. Its ribs elevate the coffin, preventing it from coming into contact with the liquids.

The Bonna Sabla monobloc vault is placed on a leveled, perfectly level and flat excavation base, with 10 cm thick drainage materials to evacuate water seeping into the ground.

Sustainable and economical development

The Bonna Sabla straight monobloc columbarium with 16 or 20 niches integrates perfectly into urban environments and offers significant space savings in cinerary spaces.

Economical, durable, and simply designed, its reconstituted concrete structure, with 16 or 20 individual compartments (depending on the model), each capable of holding two urns, meets the needs and space constraints of municipalities. This collective funerary monument can be placed back-to-back or along a wall, depending on the cemetery layout.

With its aesthetic Hauteville finish, this columbarium can be matched with doors in Noir d'Afrique, Gris du Tarn or Rose de la clarté granite.

An aesthetically pleasing and easy-to-implement solution for municipalities with more than 5,000 inhabitants.

The Bonna Sabla scattering well is specially designed to collect the funeral ashes of the deceased in memorial gardens within cemeteries or crematorium sites.

Intended for municipalities with more than 5,000 inhabitants, this L-sized dispersal well is made up of several concrete vault elements, with a very large capacity (approximately 2,700 L) and whose dimensions can be adapted to the needs of the municipalities.

Made of grey concrete, the 98 cm deep burial vault is modular. It consists of a base and a top section with a centrally located, recessed opening, available in widths of 138, 150, 176, or 196 cm, topped by a galvanized steel grate with a surrounding frame that can accommodate large pebbles. Ashes can be safely and respectfully scattered at the level of the grate.

One or more drainage holes are made in the bottom of the tank for the drainage of water.
