Gedimat, Silver Trophy for Best Retail Customer Satisfaction, “Construction Materials” category
An expert in customer satisfaction management, WizVille presents the Best Retail Customer Satisfaction Awards each year. These awards recognize brands that have achieved the highest level of customer satisfaction over the past 12 months, based on customer reviews shared on Google.
Gedimat rewarded for the excellence of its customer services in the construction industry
On May 30, 2024, at an event bringing together experts and leaders in French retail, various brands were recognized for their pursuit of excellence in customer relations. Among the rankings studied for the period March 2023-February 2024, the Gedimat brand once again distinguished itself by winning the Silver Trophy in the "Construction Materials" category. This distinction demonstrates the commitment of Gedimat members to always placing customer support and satisfaction at the heart of their business strategy.
Of the 20 brands selected in the "Construction Materials" category, only those with a minimum of 500 Google reviews across all their establishments were eligible. The 4 reviews analyzed by the WizVille teams gave Gedimat an overall customer satisfaction rating of 309/4,5, and 5/4,8 for advice, 5/4,6 for staff friendliness, and 5/4,5 for the quality of the point of sale.
The Gedicoop group welcomes this new award, which recognizes the daily commitment of its 200 members, motivated to best meet the needs of their professional and private customers, in the 478 Gedimat points of sale.
Another element of satisfaction: Gedibois is the only specialist wood/panel brand to be among the finalists in the WizVille ranking.
The year 2024 is proving to be an excellent year for Gedimat, which has already received four awards before winning this trophy. Recognized as Best Brand 4 by the magazine City’s in the “Building Materials Distributors” category, then Best Rated Brand on Google (Vasano ranking) in the same category, Gedimat continued its harvest of distinctions thanks to its member Gedimat Derrey, who won the Trader of the Year Trophy and the Responsible Trading Trophy, awarded by the magazine Trading in May.
