Gedimat Concept Store accelerates its development with three new openings

A network of specialized showrooms serving professionals

Created in 2020 by Gedicoop, the Gedimat Concept Store brand continues its expansion with the simultaneous opening of three new stores. This growth brings the network to 15 locations across the country.

These exhibition spaces were designed to allow independent retailers to showcase their product ranges in dedicated showrooms, where the products are displayed in realistic settings. They welcome tradespeople, architects, and decorators, as well as individuals undertaking a construction or renovation project.

In Porto-Vecchio, a concept store brings together joinery, flooring, and bathrooms.

In Corsica, Gedimat Castelli, a member of Gedicoop since 1997, has opened a new Gedimat Concept Store in Porto-Vecchio. Managed by Jean-François and Simon Castelli, the company has chosen to organize its offering around two interconnected specialized areas: one dedicated to Flooring & Bathrooms , the other to Joinery.

Located on rue Simon Castelli under the responsibility of Georges Ferracci, the two showrooms total 850 m². The Floors & Bathrooms area occupies 400 m² and employs six people, while the Joinery showroom covers 450 m² with a team of eight people.

The two spaces share a common entrance and present products through immersive displays and exhibition modules specifically developed for the Gedimat Concept Store concept.

In Clamart, a complete joinery offering complements a first showroom

In the Paris region, Gedimat Aux Docks de Clamart opened a new Concept Store entirely dedicated to joinery on May 20, 2026.

Already boasting a Floors & Bathrooms Concept Store inaugurated in 2022, the store managed by Jonathane Arnout now completes its offering with a 470 m² showroom. Connected to the first space, it forms an exhibition area of ​​over 740 m², presented as one of the few spaces of this size in Paris and its immediate surroundings.

Located at 483 avenue Charles-de-Gaulle in Clamart, this new showroom is run by a team of three employees under the responsibility of Nicolas Henry.

In Quimper, the Jacq Henrio group is specializing its point of sale

In Brittany, the Jacq Henrio group is continuing to specialize its network by developing its Quimper store. Previously a generalist store, the site now houses a Gedimat Concept Store Joinery as well as a space dedicated to Plastering-Ceiling-Insulation (PPI).

The group, which operates eight Gedimat outlets in Côtes-d'Armor, Finistère and Morbihan, is drawing on the experience gained in its specialized agencies in Pont-l'Abbé and Lanester to develop this new organization.

Located at 136 Avenue de Ty Bos, the site covers a total area of ​​8,000 m². The PPI (Product Protection and Installation) division has 2,500 m² of covered storage space, complemented by a 400 m² self-service area, and operates with a team of four people. The Joinery Concept Store offers a 1,000 m² showroom staffed by four employees, including two dedicated installers, under the supervision of branch manager Stéphanie Roux.

A differentiation strategy for independent traders

With these three new locations, Gedimat Concept Store continues to develop a model based on specialized points of sale and showcasing products in dedicated exhibition spaces. This organization allows independent retailers to support the projects of both professionals and individuals by offering specialized departments, dedicated teams, and showrooms tailored to the carpentry, interior design, and finishing trades.
