Ideal Standard expands its range of touchless faucets

A first in the home: Ceraplan iX, double-lever basin mixer

Designed to save energy and water, the new Ceraplan iX dual-control mixer benefits from patented BlueStart® iX technology. The cell detects the presence of hands and opens the tap without contact and only with cold water (no volume of water arrives from the water heater), a guarantee of safety and economy.

During contactless use, only cold water flows for a limited time (automatic shutdown either by absence of detection or timed).

When used mechanically by activating the lever, the user then has the comfort and freedom of a traditional mixer tap and can adjust the desired temperature and flow rate.

With Ceraplan iX, which has already won a Red Dot Design Award, Ideal Standard is also placing hygiene at the heart of its concerns. The contactless function reduces the spread of germs and eliminates the need for cleaning.



Installed in the toilet or in a laundry room, with its soft lines and its height of 90 mm under aerator, Ceraplan iX offers great comfort of use.



Fun for the youngest, this two-in-one solution teaches them the right actions to avoid wasting water. For people with lower mobility, it makes using the tap easier.

Powered by an external battery box (6 V CR-P2) to be installed under the sink, it is equipped with:

• a chrome-plated brass body or a matte black finish,
• an aerator with maximum flow limiter 5l/minute,
• a cartridge (diameter 38 mm) with Firmaflow® ceramic disc with metal pivot which offers more precise temperature adjustment and extends the life cycle of the faucet,
• an integrated temperature limiter,
• anti-twist PEX supply hoses.

In addition to this new offering, Ideal Standard also offers three ranges of contactless electronic faucets for the public sector: Sensorflow, IntelliMix®, and the latest addition, Intelliflow. These low-flow solutions are tailored to the hygiene and sustainable savings needs of public restrooms and public buildings (offices, airports, shopping centers, etc.) and meet the strictest environmental performance requirements (BREEAM and LEED). To facilitate installation, they feature EasyFix® technology (reducing assembly time).

Intelliflow, durability, comfort and controlled operating costs

Hygienic, Intelliflow provides a comfortable, efficient and splash-free hand washing experience, while delivering exceptional water savings thanks to the integrated next-generation infrared sensor with high performance.



Intelliflow was developed using Ideal Standard's EcoLogic approach for more sustainable products, in response to the growing demand for environmentally friendly solutions in non-residential projects. With a flow rate of 1,9 liters per minute, it not only meets the strict requirements of BREEAM and LEED certifications, but also promotes responsible water use in busy washrooms, offering a 62% reduction compared to traditional taps with a capacity of 5 liters per minute. Despite its low flow rate, Intelliflow offers a pleasant feeling of comfort for the user, ensuring a superior washing experience without compromising on performance. This result is obtained thanks to the laminar flow projected forward by a fine and unique aerator.



The new Intelliflow touchless electronic faucet also features a sleek, modern design, available in chrome and black – a PVD-coated finish that offers an increasingly popular color in public washrooms and exceptional longevity.

Functional, Intelliflow features Ideal Standard's advanced SmartFlow sensor technology. By connecting a Bluetooth module (not included) to the faucet, SmartFlow allows for parameter adjustment and control via a user-friendly mobile app, available on iOS and Android platforms. Building owners and facility managers can now make changes to multiple products simultaneously, saving valuable time and resources. For even greater flexibility, basic functions and settings can also be easily changed using predefined gestures, without having to use the app.



Additionally, Intelliflow's SmartFlow sensor adapts to its environment through self-calibration, virtually eliminating false activations. Maintenance is also made easier with preventative and alert messages (battery replacement, etc.). Reports allow for easy viewing of usage statistics.



Intelliflow is quick to install and easy to maintain. Because the battery and solenoid valve are integrated into the body of the device, they are accessible from above the faucet. Intelliflow's clean lines and smooth surfaces make it easy to clean.

It is available in 2 versions, mains or battery-powered:

• electronic tabletop mixer (with optional Bluetooth module)
• table-top single-fluid faucet

IntelliMix®, hand hygiene redefined

Distinguished in 2021 by two major design awards, the Red Dot Design Award and the iF Design Award, Intellimix® is an intelligent sensor mixer that dispenses both water and soap.

Available in chrome and Onyx Black finishes, Intellimix® has been designed to deliver superior hygiene and lasting savings on water and maintenance costs. While delivering an optimal volume of soap with every wash for improved hygiene, Intellimix® saves up to 80% on soap. Intellimix® mixes soap with air to create a soft lather that is not only pleasant on the skin but also economical. The soap is dispensed by a quality pump with a tested lifespan of over 500 cycles.



To prevent the proliferation of bacteria inside the taps, a periodic rinse is triggered mechanically after a specific period of time.

Another advantage, Intellimix® uses 85% less water than a traditional mixer by following the washing cycle recommended by the WHO. The water flow limiter of 2 liters/minute and its programmable timer allow significant savings.



For intuitive use, it is equipped, at the top of the faucet, with a digital screen which displays clear instructions to improve the hand washing experience.
