MyKnauf Order Tracking: a unique digital tool to view all orders at Knauf

Following the planned digital consolidation of its three French entities—Knauf, Knauf Insulation, and Knauf Ceiling Solutions—on a single website by the end of 2024, this new service complements the Knauf Group's strategy of enhancing customer experience. Deployed globally, MyKnauf Order Tracking is now available to Knauf France customers starting in February. And, as always, customers can rely on the support of the Knauf teams to ensure they fully understand the tool and can easily get to grips with it.

With the aim of making distribution partners increasingly autonomous, This new tool provides a 360° and real-time view of all orders, past and in progress. It allows you to view all the relevant key information, including order placement and delivery dates, as well as the items, their prices, quantities, weights, and volumes. It also shows the order status (processing, confirmed, en route, delivered, partial) and the delivery location (to the branch, to the construction site, or via collection from a Knauf site). MyKnauf Order Tracking even offers truck geolocation to closely monitor the delivery truck(1), as well as direct access to tracking documents (delivery notes, invoices, etc.), which are available for download.

This new Knauf service was also tested prior to its launch by French distributors who confirmed its value for its features and ease of use. 

MyKnauf Order Tracking is designed for all teams at Knauf's distributor clients (purchasing centers, logistics platforms, branch managers, department managers, sales representatives, etc.) and is activated quickly after registration. Client "administrator" status (regional management, supply chain departments, multi-point-of-sale management) then allows specific access to be granted to various employees, giving them specific rights so they can, in turn, be fully autonomous.
