La nouvelle Vitocal 200-A intelligent energy completes Viessmann's portfolio of heat pumps with a solution suitable for both new construction and energy renovation.

This monobloc air/water heat pump uses natural refrigerant R290exhibiting a very low global warming potential (GWP). This choice is in line with regulatory changes related to the progressive reduction of fluorinated fluids with a high climate impact.

Available in a power range of 4 to 12 kW, the equipment reaches a starting temperature of 75 °C. This feature facilitates its integration into installations equipped with existing radiators, particularly in renovation projects.

In older buildings, compatibility with existing emitters is often a major technical challenge in order to avoid the complete replacement of the heating network.

Acoustic performance adapted to inhabited areas

The Vitocal 200-A intelligent energy displays a noise level between 54 and 56 dB(A) in silent operation.

Controlling noise pollution is now an important criterion in residential projects, particularly in dense urban areas or housing estates.

The acoustic treatment of heat pumps is also becoming a subject of concern for thermal and acoustic design offices during the design of installations.

Viessmann also points out that the design of the external grille helps to reduce fan noise while discreetly integrating the technical components into the architectural environment.

The electric heating element and pump are also incorporated into the outdoor unit, which can reduce some hydraulic connection operations.
