To meet all the airflow needs of homes, Zehnder Comfosystems has a wide and efficient range of systems:

Zehnder ComfoAir 100 : Maximum airflow of 100 m3/h. High-efficiency dual-flow ventilation system for small single rooms (80% heat recovery).

Zehnder ComfoAir 140 : Maximum airflow of 140 m3/h. High-efficiency dual-flow ventilation system with integrated automatic bypass, particularly suitable for small spaces, such as T1 and studio apartments (90% heat recovery).

Zehnder ComfoAir 200, NF VMC certified : Airflow up to 265 m³/h. High-efficiency, dual-flow ventilation system, NF VMC certified (>98% heat recovery), with integrated automatic bypass. Wall or ceiling installation.

Zehnder ComfoAir 350, NF VMC certified : Airflow up to 450 m³/h. High-efficiency, NF VMC certified (96% heat recovery), compact dual-flow ventilation system with integrated automatic bypass and optional ground-source heat exchanger that uses ground heat to preheat the air in winter and cool the house in summer. Can be installed on an anti-vibration base.

Zehnder ComfoAir 550 : Airflow up to 600 m3/h. Integrated automatic bypass, Canadian well optional.

Zehnder ComfoAir 800 to 4000 : Air flow from 800 m3/h to 4500 m3/h. Air handling units designed for large homes, industrial and commercial buildings.

The materials used guarantee high quality over time and healthy air without VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).

All Zehnder Comfosystems dual-flow ventilation systems are equipped as standard with a standard cross-flow counter-current heat exchanger with an efficiency between 90 and 98%.

Standard on all dual-flow ventilation units in the residential range, the automatic bypass deactivates the heat exchanger to prevent the incoming fresh air from being heated above a set temperature. During summer nights, it is particularly appreciated by users as it allows fresh outside air to enter the house (free-cooling principle).

Dual flow ventilation units are equipped with an anti-frost function which automatically reduces the incoming airflow from a temperature close to 0° and thus prevents frost from forming on the exchanger.

Air distribution: impeccable air quality
The materials used for air distribution are guaranteed VOC-free to ensure good air quality over time. Zehnder Comfosystems offers a complete air distribution system that is easy to implement and ensures acoustic and thermal comfort.

The air network (home side) includes noise dampers (attenuation up to 29 dB). The network is installed in a "star" configuration to avoid pressure drops and noise transmission from one room to another.

The distribution boxes are equipped with an insulating interior surface for effective soundproofing. They distribute air to each room via ventilation ducts (one per vent). The connection plates used with the boxes are available for 6 to 10 connections.

Zehnder ComfoTube ventilation ducts (75 or 90 mm outer diameter, in 50 m rolls) are flexible and easy to connect. Made of 100% food-grade HDPE, they feature a corrugated outer wall and a smooth inner wall, facilitating cleaning and ensuring the system's durability . Installation is quick (requiring only a hacksaw).

Zehnder ComfoTube Flat ventilation ducts are oblong, flexible ducts with a wall thickness of 51 mm. They can be easily installed on the subfloor, inside the floor insulation layer, in a suspended ceiling, or behind a partition wall. They are supplied in lengths of 20 or 50 m (cut to length as required). Their properties are identical to those of the Zehnder ComfoTube.

Zehnder ComfoPipe insulated connecting pipes (150 or 180 mm diameter) provide air intake and exhaust to the outside (can be cut to size as needed). They offer high thermal insulation thanks to polypropylene foam, a smooth and vapor-tight surface, push-fit connections (no glue or tape required), and easy installation. Elbows, sleeves, and adapters are also available.

The flow rates and fan speeds are controlled during sizing. The system is balanced (no drafts in the house).

Zehnder ComfoAir units are equipped with a wide range of easy-to-use controls : switch or programmable electronic control with operating ranges according to occupancy periods, for example.

Round or rectangular ventilation outlets , with a neat design, complete the installation.
