Wallis&Energy®: an eco-responsible solution for the future of modern homes

The Wallis&Energy® bioclimatic veranda guarantees an interior temperature, like that of the house to which it is attached, maintained between 19 and 28° C. In winter, the openings adapt perfectly to benefit from the sun's heat by efficiently transferring it into the house, helping to drastically reduce heating consumption. In fine weather, the system adjusts them ideally to allow excess heat to escape via natural ventilation, thereby reducing overheating inside and therefore the need for air conditioning.

The Wallis&Energy® bioclimatic veranda thus generates particularly significant energy savings, from 17% (i.e. - 2 kWh/year) up to 189% (i.e. - 40 kWh/year) if the Wallis&Energy® veranda is equipped, on the roof, with photovoltaic panels (5kW Kit) over 159% of its surface area.

It should be noted that a photovoltaic infill covering half of the roof surface has the advantage of producing delocalized, green electricity, which is resold to the energy supplier. The other half benefits from a glass infill to optimize heat input during the cold season. This is a truly ecological approach that is fully in line with the transition to cleaner, more sustainable energy, making Wallis&Energy® a solution for the future.

Wallis&Energy®: ingenious design and French manufacturing

At the heart of the Wallis&Energy® system, a home automation box (Tahoma® from Somfy®) is associated with a centralized management card which precisely orchestrates the solar protection controls and the motorized opening devices with Amy® control points.

Profils Systèmes thus ensures fine control, whether it is the veranda/house separation (by a Cuzco 712 sliding pocket door), the roof (via a frame equipped with zip blinds, a skylight with thermal break or roller shutters) or the facade (via roller shutters, ZIP blinds or sunshades). 

It should be noted that the revisited Cuzco® sliding door, which separates the veranda from the living space, is motorized with Sliding®air IO from Somfy® to ensure secure automatic ventilation, for healthy and renewed indoor air. The Jaya® 2-leaf, 2-fixed sliding door with reduced junction is equipped with an air sensor and Somfy® IntelliTAG® air IO, once again sources of optimum comfort and security.

Finally, it's worth noting that the Wallis&Energy® smart bioclimatic conservatory offers advanced connectivity with various home systems. From heating and lighting to alarms and even presence simulation, Wallis&Energy® seamlessly integrates into the daily lives of its users. Everything can be easily controlled on-site or remotely.
