And the French specialist in aluminum joinery for 35 years, Profils Systèmes, has not been mistaken in innovating with the launch of its new Indoor Factory® offer; a complete system of aluminum profiles, without thermal break, designed and developed for the creation of custom-made fixed glass roofs indoors, guaranteeing elegance, natural light and acoustic comfort (RA,tr up to 36 dB).

Whether designing or renovating an artist's studio or loft, separating rooms, fitting out a meeting room, or framing a kitchen, Profils Systèmes' Indoor Factory® interior glass partitions are not only resolutely decorative but also offer attractive prices.

With dimensions up to 2500 mm high (with 1100 mm spacing) and up to 3000 mm high (with 500 mm spacing), Indoor Factory® glass partitions allow for 90° angles and the integration of openings, such as hinged, sliding, or pivoting doors, for complete partitioning of spaces. Added creative freedom!

A wide and inspiring palette of colors and shades

To meet all desires and easily harmonize with the most diverse interior atmospheres, Profils Systèmes offers this new range of Indoor Factory® glass roofs in a wide range of colors, with a high durability lacquering guaranteed for up to 25 years, which also has a VOC A+ rating.

The program includes a multitude of decorative suggestions with sandblasted and granite effects (Terra Cigala®), with glossy, satin or frosted tones (Profils Color®) or even with mineral, metallic and wood tones (Terre de matières®)…

Easy assembly and certified resistance

Beautiful, robust, and durable, Profils Systèmes' Indoor Factory® glass roofs have passed the tests with flying colors, complying with the requirements of standard NF DTU 39-P5. Furthermore, they are assembled using C45° frame members and C90° rails secured with screw-in brackets. Finally, while the intermediate rails assembled onto the frame (tubular, 36 mm long x 21 mm high) can be positioned freely, horizontally or vertically, they present a visible profile of only 36 mm.

A range of solutions for unique arrangements

Graphic and airy, the Indoor Factory® range comes in various possible configurations: fixed straight glass roof, fixed with 90° angle, with hinged door, sliding door or pivoting door.

As for the swing doors, Profils Systèmes has equipped them with optional key locks to ensure the security of the spaces, but they can also be equipped with intermediate crosspieces, further affirming the industrial character or, if desired, left bare for a more refined look.

When it comes to overhead doors, the clever system chosen by Profils Systèmes ensures real space savings because it avoids having to take the rotation angle into account. It thus offers, again with a choice of two black anodized fixing rails. While the rail with invisible wall mounting offers a sober and modern design, a source of silent openings and closings that slow down when locked, note that the variant with visible fittings and trolleys further reinforces the resolutely industrial character. 

Finally, for pivot door configurations, Profils Systèmes plays the card of ease of use combined, once again, with beautiful aesthetics thanks to a rotation system integrated into the interior profile which optimizes and facilitates use, without any work required on the ground! It should also be noted that they can pivot in both directions, with a holding position from 0 to 90° and that it is also possible to choose between a floating pivot door and a pivot door with a frame, a variant optimizing acoustic comfort.

Glass side

Offering a choice of two glazing options (33.2 and 44.2) with a maximum thickness of 8,8 mm, Indoor Factory® custom-made glass roofs boast exceptional ease of manufacturing and installation. And because Profils Systèmes has thought of everything, they also feature, as an option, a pre-mounted seal and a specific profile for leveling when installed on the floor or a low wall.
