New 18V tools for Bosch Professional electricians

The GKH 18V-50 Professional cordless cable cutter, the GLH 18V-60 Professional cordless punch and the GPH 18V-60 Professional cordless crimping tool have been designed to offer users greater ergonomics and efficiency. Compact and long-lasting, these tools feature intelligent systems and require little maintenance thanks to extended service intervals. 
Bosch also offers electricians the new GNB 18V-40 Professional cordless concrete nailer and the GLL 18V-120-33 CG Professional cordless line laser. 
All of these Bosch 18V tools are compatible with Bosch Professional 18V System, ProCORE18V and AMPShare Battery Alliance batteries and chargers.

For cutting copper or aluminum cables up to 40 mm in diameter, Bosch offers the new GKH 18V-50 Professional cordless hydraulic cable cutter. Robust and durable, it allows for safe and effortless cutting. With tool maintenance every 20 cuts, the Bosch cable cutter offers high, long-lasting hydraulic performance.

To make cable cutting more efficient and less laborious, the GKH 18V-50 Professional provides reliable and constant pressure of 50 kN (5 tonnes) thanks to electronic pressure monitoring. An intelligent cutting detection system automatically opens the jaws after each cut, saving time and protecting the tool and accessories.

The GKH 18V-50 Professional also has a manual pressure release function which allows the cutting operation to be interrupted at any time and offers maximum safety to users. For perfect control of the tool, an LED indicator provides information on the battery status and maintenance requirements.

Thanks to special reinforced steel blades, the Bosch cable cutter guarantees clean, precise cuts and reduced wear. 
Its compact and ergonomic design with a 360° rotating head and an optimized center of gravity offers great comfort of use. when cutting, regardless of the working position. Its LED lighting makes cutting easier in dark areas.
The GKH 18V-50 Professional cable cutter has a USB connection which allows, via dedicated software (free), to read on a computer the data of all cutting operations, the pressures reached, the error messages and the maintenance cycles.

For crimping terminals on copper or aluminium cables with a cross-section of up to 300 mm², the new Bosch GPH 18V-60 Professional cordless hydraulic crimper is ideal. 
Thanks to an integrated electronic pressure sensor, it delivers a constant hydraulic pressure of 60 kN (6 tonnes). An LED indicator warns when the required pressure is reached, ensuring perfectly reliable and safe crimping. 

With manual pressure release function, The user can release the pressure and interrupt the crimping operation at any time. The motor stops and the jaws open automatically. In addition, a control function allows monitoring of the battery charge and maintenance requirements.
Of great longevity, The GPH 18V-60 Professional has maintenance intervals spaced every 20 crimps. 

Its ergonomic and compact body, its 340° rotating head, its optimized center of gravity and its LED lighting offer great comfort of use. 
A USB port allows the tool to be connected to a computer. Via free Bosch software, the user can access their crimping data, generate reports, view tool settings and maintenance cycle dates.

Bosch has also developed crimping dies for crimping terminals on cables ranging from 6mm²-300mm² for copper and 10mm²-300mm² for aluminumThey are compatible with NF and DIN standard dies (E Series) for copper tubular lugs. For aluminum, the dies are available in standard DIN standard (DIN 46235).

Efficient and burr-free punching 

The new Bosch GLH 18V-60 Professional cordless hydraulic punching machine delivers clean, effortless punching in steel up to 3 mm thick and stainless steel up to 2,5 mm thick. 

Thanks to a pressure sensor, it delivers a constant and reliable punching force of 60 kN. An intelligent punching detection system ensures automatic retraction of the piston rod at the end of punching, saving time and preserving the hydraulic system and tool accessories over the long term. 
A manual pressure release function allows you to interrupt the punching operation at any time, and an LED indicator alerts you to the battery status and maintenance cycles. 

Ergonomic, compact and well-balanced, the Bosch punch offers a good grip. With its 360° rotating head, work is easy in all positions.. Thanks to its USB port and dedicated software, the user can view the history of punching operations carried out, error messages, maintenance requirements and generate reports.

With a long lifespan, the GLH 18V-60 Professional only requires limited maintenance every 20 cycles.

For drilling steel and stainless steel with high precision, Bosch offers a wide range of punching dies in M and PG. The M16 to M40 punching dies drill holes from 16,2 mm to 40,5 mm and the PG9 to PG36 dies drill holes from 15,2 mm to 47 mm. The GLH 18V-60 Professional is also compatible with punching dies on the market.
 

New: GNB-18V-40 Professional Cordless Concrete Nailer
Extreme power to fix in concrete

For quickly fixing cable trays, conduits, etc. in concrete or steel, the new Bosch GNB 18V-40 Professional cordless concrete nailer is perfect. It develops excellent performance thanks to its powerful brushless motor and ProCORE18V batteries. 

This allows it to develop full power during nailing work and to offer great autonomy and working comfort.

Compact and robust, the GNB 18V-40 Professional improves user productivity and safety. The mechanism is triggered when the tool nose is against the holder and the trigger is pressed. To drive the next nail, the ejector nose must be lifted briefly. For more precise control, the depth of the tool nose can be adjusted. A special magnetic ring makes handling metal fasteners easier.

The GNB 18V-40 Professional's magazine can hold 22 nails and when it is almost empty a mechanism prevents the firing from occurring. For optimal visibility of the nail driving point, the nailer has LED lighting.

The user interface ensures perfect and optimal control of the nailer. The battery status is visible on the color screen as well as a service indicator to be carried out. A button allows the tool to be reset once serviced.

The GNB 18V-40 Professional and its carbon steel nails - available from 13 to 40 mm for concrete and from 13 to 19 mm for steel - cover a wide range of applications. Benefiting from European ETA/CE certifications, the Bosch tool and nails form a safe and reliable fastening system in concrete and steel.

Bosch offers a wide range of fastening accessories: plastic arches for securing multiple individual cables, plastic cable ties for bundling and securing cables, cable brackets/holders for mounting electrical cables, pipe and conduit clips for securing plastic insulation conduits and tubes, and metal wheels and perforated strips.
 

New: Bosch Professional GLL 18V-120-33 CG line laser 
Robust design and simplified use

To make alignment, leveling and squaring work easier, Bosch has developed a new, more intuitive and flexible 360° line laser: the GLL 18V-120-33 CG Bosch Professional. Thanks to its horizontal line and two green vertical lines projected over 360° and visible over 35 m, it allows for reliable and precise leveling. while benefiting from excellent visibility whatever the lighting conditions on the construction site. For work over long distances, it can be combined with the LR 7 receiving cell to ensure measurements over a range of 120 m radius. 

Robust, the GLL 18V-120-33 CG Professional withstands the harshest construction site conditions thanks to its rubberized casing and laser windows with rubber reinforcement that absorb shocks and protect the device in the event of falls. IP65 certified, it is resistant to both dust and water splashes.

Easy to use, it has a vertical on/off switch for one-handed operation, and directional keys to independently activate and deactivate the laser lines. It self-levels and guarantees a very high precision of ± 0.3 mm.
    
Connectable via Bluetooth to a Smartphone, it can be controlled and customized via the Levelling Remote application. By controlling the device remotely, the user ensures that the laser lines have not moved unintentionally once positioned. 

For added flexibility and productivity, this new Bosch laser is compatible with three power sources. With a ProCORE18V battery (4,0 Ah recommended), it offers up to 20 hours of runtime with three laser lines activated or up to 28 hours in energy-saving mode. With a Bosch 12V battery or 4 alkaline C batteries (with appropriate adapters), the runtime can reach 8 hours.
Its integrated bracket with powerful magnets ensures secure attachment to magnetic surfaces. It can be screwed onto a tripod or fixed using a ceiling clamp. Thanks to the micrometric adjustment of the pivot, the vertical line can be moved without losing the plumb point on the ground.
