Since January 2000, Batipole has worked with a select group of PR agencies specializing in construction, housing, and real estate. They offer a free partner area, a private back office, a public press room, and comprehensive editorial work on selected information. Two complementary professions, a reciprocal relationship, no commercial services.
A public relations agency knows its clients, their markets, their products, and their challenges. A professional media outlet knows its readers, its editorial line, and the conditions under which information becomes useful content. These two professions are not interchangeable. They complement each other, and it is from this complementarity that Batipole's PR Agency Partners program was born.
Two jobs that are irreplaceable
Your job is to build your clients' press relations strategy, identify information likely to interest the media, and organize their public statements. Ours is to select, prioritize, structure, and contextualize information for a professional readership in the building, housing, and real estate sectors.
A press release is a source of information. It is not an editorial format intended for publication as is. This is the difference between Batipole and an automated distribution platform: we do not reproduce, we process.
This distinction does not diminish your work. It extends it. Information that is reused, reworked, and integrated into a well-structured editorial environment carries more weight, and lasts longer, than a press release reproduced identically across twenty platforms.
The agency that originally provided the information remains identified as its source, and the publications in question feed into its newsroom.
What Batipole does with your information
Articles published within the program benefit from Batipole's full editorial standards , identical to those applied to commercial content. The level of support differs; the level of expectation, never.
- the work of selection, structuring and rewriting;
- a title, a visual, a lead paragraph, a summary, a table of contents, structured developments, a frequently asked questions section and a glossary;
- search engine optimization and search engine answer optimization;
- internal linking to relevant media content;
- taxonomic affiliation and affiliation to the Brand Page;
- multilingual publication;
- Cision monitoring.
The length of the article depends on the content. We do not commit to any specific length: a press release dense with technical details, figures, and documentation results in a lengthy article; a concise press release results in a short article. This is not a restriction, but rather the consequence of an absolute editorial rule—never invent information, figures, dates, or technical specifications to achieve a certain length.
The density of what you transmit is therefore the main lever you have at your disposal to obtain in-depth treatment.
Your news doesn't remain isolated. When the topic is relevant, the article is linked to the Batipole Dossier, which covers its theme—our most in-depth content, enriched and updated over time. Your client's information then joins an existing editorial environment instead of remaining a standalone publication.
Your partner space: a working tool and a showcase
Each agency that is a member of the program has a dedicated space, in two parts, free of charge.
A private back office , which allows you to send your press releases and information to the editorial team, manage the companies and brands you support, create their Brand Pages, fill in and update their presentation information, and structure over time what is associated with each of your clients.
A public showcase , comprised of your Agency Page, the companies and brands you work with, their Brand Pages, and your Press Room, which gathers articles based on your information. To get a concrete idea, open Alure Communication's Press Room : yours works in exactly the same way. All partners are also listed in the agency directory.
Through consistent publication, this space becomes a lasting editorial presence, representative of your business, portfolio, and areas of expertise. It also allows readers, search engines, and answer engines to understand the relationships between your agency, the brands you work with, and the topics they address.
The Brand Page, a prerequisite for any publication
For any new brand, creating its Brand Page is a mandatory step before publishing any content about it.
You enter the necessary information in the back office. This process triggers a review: the page is proofread, revised, and brought into compliance with our editorial guidelines before final integration. The brand name is written using its official spelling.
A Brand Page is therefore not a freely created declarative form. It is a fully-fledged editorial piece of content, designed to present the company and gradually bring together everything related to it.
A brand only has one Brand Page. Before creating one, check that it doesn't already exist—and if it does, notify the editorial team rather than creating a second one. Two pages for the same brand divide its history and the authority it has built.
What happens to a brand that changes agencies
The Brand Page belongs to batipole's editorial ecosystem. It does not belong to the agency that created it. This distinction is not theoretical: it dictates what happens the day you cease to support a client.
You can then request that this brand no longer be associated with you and that it disappear from your Newsroom. The request is legitimate: your Newsroom represents your portfolio at this moment, not your history.
It never leads to the deletion of content. The brand becomes agency-less and joins Batipole. Its Brand Page remains, the published articles remain, the network built around it remains.
This rule protects three interests at once: that of the reader, who continues to access published information; that of the brand, whose editorial history is not erased by a change of provider; and yours, since the same mechanism applies when a brand joins you and its history is linked to you.
No commercial backlinks, no sponsored mentions
The program is based on a free editorial relationship. The articles published within this framework contain no commercial backlinks and bear no mention of sponsored content : they are fully-fledged Batipole editorial content, to be read as such.
This is what clearly separates the program from our commercial editorial offerings , which include contractual guarantees and visibility terms specific to each formula.
A partner agency can, of course, subscribe to a commercial service for itself or on behalf of a client: an editorial offer, or a Dossier partnership that links a company to a theme within its market for twelve months. The content in question then falls under the subscribed offer and its rules, including the endorsement agreement. Partner status never automatically transforms a free editorial publication into a commercial service, nor vice versa.
A small circle, and no guarantee of publication
The program is not intended to welcome all communication agencies indiscriminately. It brings together a deliberately limited number of PR agencies heavily involved in the building, construction, housing and real estate sectors, and regularly supporting companies in these markets.
This scarcity is not a marketing ploy. It preserves the quality of exchanges, the technical nature of the information transmitted, and the value of the ecosystem. Access remains subject to Batipole's discretion.
Let's be clear: access to the program does not guarantee publication. Every submitted topic remains subject to our editorial review. We may retain it and develop it into an article, request additional information, postpone its processing, link it to an existing topic, or decide not to publish it.
This is the fundamental difference between this free channel and a publishing service. We prefer to state it upfront rather than leave it to others to discover.
An agency outside the program may also occasionally provide us with information. This transmission does not confer partner status, back-office access, or a dedicated public presence.
Building the next step together
The Press Room, Brand Pages and Partner Spaces form the operational foundation of the program. They are not its culmination.
The evolution of search engines, the arrival of answer engines, and the transformation of information usage are changing both your business and ours. We want to continue comparing our vision with that of our long-standing partners: what they observe, what they fear, what they foresee, and the synergies that would be beneficial to build.
We are sometimes contacted by companies whose needs fall more within the scope of an agency's expertise than ours. When it's relevant, we provide guidance. This isn't a promise to generate business or an automatic process—simply a result of mutual understanding.
We prefer to build this next step with our partners rather than for them.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Batipole PR Agency Partners program?
This is a free editorial partnership between Batipole and a select group of PR agencies specializing in construction, housing, and real estate. The agency transmits its information through a private back office and has a public showcase: the Agency Page, its clients' Brand Pages, and a Press Room. The partnership has been in place since January 2000.
What is the difference between a partner channel and a paid editorial offer?
The editorial standards are identical. The difference lies in the guarantees: a commercial offer guarantees publication, a length of approximately one thousand words, a link to the client's website, and prominent placement. The partner channel guarantees none of this and includes no commercial backlinks.
Is access to the partner area subject to a fee?
No. Access to the back office, the public showcase, and the editorial work carried out using the selected information are free. The compensation is not financial: the agencies contribute their market and business knowledge, while Batipole provides its editorial work and publishing platform.
How does an agency transmit information to Batipole?
Through its partner back office, which centralizes press releases and information for the editorial team. For every new brand, its Brand Page must be created beforehand: this is a mandatory step before publishing any content about it. The editorial team reviews it and ensures it is compliant.
What happens to a Brand Page when the agency stops supporting the brand?
It remains. The agency can request that the brand no longer be associated with it and disappear from its press room, but no content is deleted. The brand becomes agency-less and is reattached to batipole: its page, articles, and internal linking remain in place.
My agency is not a partner: can I still pass on information?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis, and it will be reviewed like any other. However, this submission does not confer partner status, back-office access, a dedicated public presence, or a guarantee of publication. The program remains intentionally limited to agencies highly specialized in our sectors.
